This is my continued go to gainer. I’ve tried others, but at the end of the day I always come back to IAN Super Mass.
For me, this blends up perfect without being gritty or chalky. chocolate Brownie tastes just fine, even better with a scoop of peanut butter.
However, I use one scoop in a 28oz mixer bottle, not the suggested two scoops. I don’t lift or anything, I drink this to supplement my caloric intake (easy calories). I drink one of these on my way to work, and then another along with/after lunch. It helps me both drink more water as well as add more calorie points, but doesn’t leave me feeling completely bloated and uncomfortable.
